Upon arrival in Punta Cana, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Tripleseat sign for your transfer to the hotel. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Trip Plans individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport.
6:00-7:00pm - Welcome Cocktail Hour - Join us at the Blue Marlin Palapas for a welcome cocktail hour to kick off a great few days in paradise! The Blue Marlin Palapas is located on the left side of the beach along the water. Enter through the main Blue Marlin restaurant and walk out to Palapa 2, the furthest one out on the water.
7:30-9:00pm - Tripleseat Small Group Dinners - Immediately following the cocktail hour, we will be hosting small group dinners at the restaurants on property. Your assigned table and restaurant will be available in your Trip Plans itinerary 2 weeks prior to the event.
For those looking for a nightcap, the Ocean Club & Bar is open until 11:00 PM and Love Bar, located in the main lobby, is open until midnight.
Breakfast On Own. Offered daily from 6:30 - 11:00am at Casa Bella. For those looking a morning coffee or grab and go breakfast, the Coffee Shop is open daily from 7:00am - 11:00pm.
1:45 PM: Tripleseat Group Sailing Experience
Embark on a day on the water and soak in the stunning Caribbean scenery surrounding Punta Cana with an unforgettable experience. Visit the most exclusive marina in the Caribbean, relax and catch up with co-workers on a spacious catamaran, and jump in the water for a snorkeling experience at Buccaneers’ Reef. Relax while enjoying a cold drink at the sandbar in these crystal-clear waters. This trip takes place in a relaxing chill out environment.
Snorkeling equipment will be provided as well as food and drinks. Please remember to bring a towel, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Please meet in the lobby at 1:30 PM to head to the boat. We will return to the resort by 5:30 PM.
Dinner on Own. Tonight you are on your own for dinner at one of the restaurants on site to enjoy the gourmet food options found here, Dining Options. Please note that reservations are REQUIRED at Capriccio and at Wok for Teppanyaki seating. The Hibachi Table at WOK is NOT Included in the all-inclusive package.
Room service is also included in your stay however all room service orders will incur a $10 delivery fee, covered by you personally.

Wok: Dress formal shorts, jeans or casual pants, closed-toe shoes, short-sleeved shirts with a collar are required for men. Ladies require formal shorts, sandals, jeans, skirts, dresses, overalls. dress sandals or closed shoes.
The Steakhouse & Capriccio: Elegant evening wear is required for both men and women. Trousers, close-toed shoes, collared short-sleeve shirts are required for gentlemen. Ladies require dress sandals.
ELEGANCE FOR GENTLEMEN: Long pants, Collar Shirts, Shirts, casual closed shoes are required however sleeveless t-shirts are not permitted.
ELEGANCE FOR LADIES: Long pants, capri pants, skirts, blouses, casual shoes are allowed, however shorts and flip-flops, bathing suite, short tops are not permitted.

Today is a free day to explore the resort's amenities, beautiful beachfront, and one of the six breathtaking pools on site. Bike tours, yoga classes, and merengue dance lessons are perfect for those looking to experience the local culture. For those with a competitive side, join games of bocce ball, darts, and beach volleyball. All non-motorized water sports, all exercise facilities, and the tennis courts are included in your stay! The gym is also available and is located on the second floor of the Castle Building.
For those looking for a very quiet and relaxing pool, one of the best off the beaten path is the pool at the Castle building! It is an easy walk next door to your room but the bellman can also provide a ride by golf cart if needed.
The pool and beach chairs, along with all poolside and most beach cabanas are first-come first serve with no additional fee. The only cabanas that need to be reserved with an additional fee are at the corners of the resort along the beach.

7:00-9:30pm - Tripleseat Celebration Dinner - Join us tonight as we celebrate all of your accomplishments in 2025! Tonight's event will be hosted on the Solarium Terrace. Dinner and drinks will be provided. If coming from your hotel room, take a left our of the doors and head down the path to the terrace. If coming from the lobby, exit the lobby toward the ocean and turn left at the Infinity pool toward the terrace.

Tripleseat will be providing group transport to the airport for those departing today. Please check your individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Tripleseat will be covering all room charges on event dates as well as the selected activity for you and your guest. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
